The fastest way to get help is to Live Chat with an Anaplan App Coach. Simply log into Anaplan and click on the “Chat to a support person now” link located in the drop-down help menu.
You’ll be put right in touch with one of our App Coaches who can answer your questions and point you in the right direction.
If you need additional assistance, your coach can connect to your screen to guide you step by step.

One-on-One Virtual Support & Training
We’ll be happy to work around your busy schedule. If you want to book an appointment with one of our Anaplan App Coaches, click the “Schedule a one-on-one training session” link located in the drop-down help menu and you'll be taken to an online calendar where you can choose your Anaplan App Coach, (or have one assigned to you), and book a time that suits you. Your coach will call you at the allotted time and help you with whatever you need.
