We are a SaaS company in the San Francisco Bay Area that offers small businesses and workgroups within larger enterprises a suite of applications that help them plan and manage their everyday business activities such as P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, PTO, Expenses and budgets, to name but a few.

We currently have the following two positions open:

Financial Software Support Analyst - Redwood City, CA

We need financially competent telephone, IM and email support personnel, based in our offices in Redwood City, CA to assist customers in getting to a trial of our service, getting set up with their data into our service and then configuring it to work in harmony with their company/workgroup. The role also requires on going model support for customers. This is a high profile role within the organization.

Other context/requirements that candidates will need to know:

Users of our system will be live in 5 minutes and need to be fully operational in a matter of a couple of hours, so working under pressure and being a great problem solver is a must, as are patience and an excellent telephone manner. Our success is founded on rapid support response and success so this is a key role in the organization.

Specific expertise/background we are seeking:

  • Telephone support experience, (preferably in a financial context dealing with the nuts and bolts of company planning practices and financial statements)
  • Financial Planning, modeling
  • Extensive experience in company financial statements
  • Financial background, (accountant, management accountant, finance support etc)
  • Excellent working knowledge of computers and how to navigate around them

eMarketing Manager - Redwood City, CA

We need an expert in eMarketing to help us set up SEO, viral marketing, email marketing, landing pages, key and ad words with the major search engines and help set up a fully functional web marketing machine that will attract prospects and convert them in the fastest way possible to our service. This is a sophisticated approach and your experience in having done this before should reflect that.

Duties include:

  • Manage all of the lead generation automation activities
  • Develop and execute e mail nurturing campaigns
  • Develop and execute webinars
  • Manage and administer e mail automation software
  • Analyze and monitor campaigns and site conversions
  • Develop, test and optimize web content/messaging to increase customer acquisition/conversion
  • Segmentation and targeting through highly targeted/relevant messages

Specific expertise/background we are seeking:

Experience in:
  • Using Marketo or other marketing automation software
  • 3-5 years experience in B2B lead generation- e commerce/web marketing
  • In the SaaS market a plus
  • with with web analytic tools
  • in all forms of viral marketing and web media
  • SalesForce.com experience( or other online CRM ) a plus
  • Proven success in driving/increasing customer acquisition
  • HTML proficiency a plus
Expertise in:
  • Social Media/SEO and other web 2.0 techniques & strategies
  • Translating web statistics and turning them into lessons to be learned to optimize the marketing machine
  • Email marketing and landing page configurations
