We are a SaaS company in the San Francisco Bay Area that offers small businesses and workgroups within larger enterprises a suite of applications that help them plan and manage their everyday business activities such as P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, PTO, Expenses and budgets, to name but a few.

We need financially competent telephone, IM and email support personnel, based in our offices in Redwood City, CA to assist customers in getting to a trial of our service, getting set up with their data into our service and then configuring it to work in harmony with their company/workgroup. The role also requires on going model support for customers. This is a high profile role within the organization.
Users of our system will be live in 5 minutes and need to be fully operational in a matter of a couple of hours, so working under pressure and being a great problem solver is a must, as are patience and an excellent telephone manner. Our success is founded on rapid support response and success so this is a key role in the organization.

We need an expert in eMarketing to help us set up SEO, viral marketing, email marketing, landing pages, key and ad words with the major search engines and help set up a fully functional web marketing machine that will attract prospects and convert them in the fastest way possible to our service. This is a sophisticated approach and your experience in having done this before should reflect that.
