Q: What is your role at Anaplan?
Stephanie Glass: I am focused on building our market presence in the Sales line of business. In particular, I aim to expand awareness of the strength of our product in comparison to others in the market. Competition creates a higher risk environment that truly allows our product to shine. Anaplan’s modeling and planning capabilities are unique, empowering our customers to strategically plan rather than simply play a guessing game. It is exciting to see our product and team enable our customers to do more than they ever thought was possible with our SPM solutions. While we are in a competitive space, it’s clear that our product is providing new benefits that have never been achieved before in the SPM space.
Q:Speed is an important core value at Anaplan. Can you give an example of a time you’ve had to work with speed?
Stephanie: Due to the quick growth of our Customer Success team, I was appointed to create a streamlined process and communication strategy, including collateral and best practices, in a short period of time. The goal of the project was to create a clear and consistent set of messaging for prospects and customers in order to provide a best-in-class experience. Throughout the process, I worked with our global leaders to incorporate industry best practices. As the deadline approached, it became evident that aligning the goals across the team increased consistency and created a superior final result.
Q: What does accountability mean to you?
Stephanie: Accountability means accepting responsibility for an objective and following through on commitment. It is essential to maintain accountability with colleagues and customers.
Q: How does your team demonstrate integrity?
Stephanie: We strive to create accurate and transparent messaging about our products. Open conversations about the current state of our products and upcoming innovations enable us to uphold a strong set of standards. We follow through and strive for clear communication in everything that we do.
