Today, we announced Prudential – a leading life and pensions provider to approximately seven million customers in the United Kingdom – as the latest Anaplan customer. This is truly exciting for us, as it signifies the continued adoption of cloud-based, in-memory platforms and solutions. Organizations and businesses across the globe and increasingly now in the UK are rapidly transitioning away from legacy and ad-hoc Excel solutions and implementing in-memory technologies, such as Anaplan, to address long-standing issues and to better manage their complex data loads.
With Anaplan, Prudential aims to improve the efficiency of the calculation of quarterly sales bonuses through greater automation, but without loss of flexibility, to assist the bonus planning process, and to improve analytics.
By combining flexibility with automation, Prudential will be able to streamline the process of bonus calculations for their account managers.
As Wells Fargo pointed out last month, “the in-memory movement is upon us,” and Anaplan is excited to be at the center of it!
