July 27 | Chicago, IL | 7:30 – 9:00 a.m. CT
Business leaders today are challenged to identify the most cost-effective way to deliver their activities, programs, and levels of service, while eliminating extraneous expenses that are not aligned with strategy.
With improvements in technology, innovative finance leaders at companies across the globe are bringing back a decades-old methodology, zero-based budgeting (ZBB), to successfully help the business meet this challenge. However, due to a few pre-conceived misconceptions about the complexity of ZBB, many organizations still feel daunted by the idea and often embark on limited-scope, limited-impact projects.
Join Anaplan on July 27 in Chicago at one of our premier Finance Leaders breakfasts to learn more about ZBB. Executives from McKinsey & Company will discuss the myths that are inhibiting ZBB projects from getting started and present the realities of ZBB success based on their experience with enabling the methodology in global companies across many indistries.
