Stefan leads the corporate performance management (CPM) technologies capability within Digital McKinsey and focuses on increasing McKinsey client impact through the scale, speed, and sustainability of emerging CPM technologies. Finding more agile ways to deliver and leverage technology at scale has always been his passion, first within CRM with the emergence of platforms like salesforce.com, then within CPM with platforms like Anaplan. As an early enterprise adopter of Anaplan, Stefan was a founding member of Anaplan’s Customer Advisory Board, and primarily focuses on driving applicability in the enterprise space. Since those early days, Stefan has led the implementation of over 20 large-scale Anaplan deployments. he holds a Master’s in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and has 17 years of technology delivery experience from consulting and as an IT director at a global CPG.
Kyle has 13 years of experience with clients in the Consumer Goods and Telecom industries, primarily focusing on implementing cost management programs, including zero-based budgeting, indirect procurement, supply chain design, ops, and planning improvements. He also serves as the co-leader of McKinsey’s zero-based budgeting capability, offering a sustainable approach to reducing costs and building cultures of cost management for large consumer goods clients. In this capacity, Kyle has led 12 major ZBB implementations across industries and four continents and advised ~50 clients and McKinsey teams on ZBB program design, implementation, capability building, and target setting. Kyle holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
