How do I make hotel reservations?
Anaplan has arranged a room block at the Fairmont San Francisco Hotel. Space is limited. Please reserve your hotel room during the registration process to ensure you receive the Anaplan room rate. Room rates start at $359/night.
Is there a group discount rate?
You have the opportunity to buy 4 and get 1 free full access pass. You will be able to select this option during the registration process. This will apply to the early bird special, as well as the regular registration rates.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Full refunds will be given for all HUB 2016 San Francisco conference cancellations submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and received by Friday, April 1, 2016, 5:00 p.m. (Pacific standard time). After that, a US$200 administrative fee will be charged. Any cancellations made after Friday, April 29, 2016, are nonrefundable. Hotel reservations requested during HUB 2016 San Francisco registration may be cancelled up until 3 days prior to arrival by emailing email@example.com. Please note that late cancellations will incur a one night room and tax penalty.
