Anaplan Expands Executive Leadership Team with Strategic Engineering, Sales and Product Hires

Bill Maimone joins as Head of Engineering, Dennis Dresser as Managing Director of the Americas, and Michel Morel as Head of Applications.

A seasoned Oracle veteran, Bill Maimone brings 25 years of database architecture management to Anaplan. As Head of Engineering, Maimone will lead Anaplan’s engineering and development teams. Maimone most recently served as the Vice President of Salesforce Chatter, a social platform for businesses.

Dennis Dresser serves as Managing Director of the Americas. In this role, Dresser oversees the company’s operations and expansion in the region, identifying strategic business opportunities for rapid growth. Prior to Anaplan, Dresser was Vice President of Sales, Americas at Eloqua, where he guided the company through their IPO and acquisition by Oracle.

Morel joins Anaplan from SAP where he was the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Performance Management Development, responsible for the Enterprise Performance Management engineering teams, combining financial and operational applications. Michel started his career as the founder and CTO of Cartesis and then became VP of Financial Performance Management Development with the acquisition of the company by Business Objects.
