Steve leads Deloitte’s Merchandising Transformation practice. With over 30 years of both consulting and retail executive leadership experience, Steve has worked with dozens of leading retailers to help transform and improve their merchandising, planning and inventory management practices. Steve has led multiple merchandising assortment planning implementations, including those based on the Anaplan platform.

Ed Majors

Edward is a recognized finance and technology professional with broad experience working with organizations to increase revenues and improve profitability. Over the past eighteen years, Edward has delivered over 35 full-life cycle performance management system implementations for fortune 500 companies and is currently leading the FP&A cloud strategy for Deloitte.

Imogen Roberts

Imogen is a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Merchandise Transformation practice. She specializes in merchandising strategy and operational process improvements. Prior to Deloitte, Imogen was a merchandiser for Urban Outfitters Europe for 5 years. Passionate about the retail industry, Imogen has worked with clients on merchandising projects across the retail industry including specialty, department store, and mass merchandising.
