Vincent Roch, Qonto: Qonto is a leading fintech company in Europe. It offers banking solutions mostly to SMEs [small-medium enterprises] and entrepreneurs, and today there are 500,000 customers in Europe.
We use Anaplan for financial forecasting. The people team use Anaplan for the workforce planning, the operation teams use Anaplan for the capacity planning, and the growth team is using Anaplan for sales forecast.
Since we started using Anaplan, we have major benefits from it. Each month, we have to close the numbers. Two years ago, we did it almost 10 days. Now, we have reduced by half this number, so we just need five days. After one year, the team achieved 99 [percent] accuracy in the sales forecast.
Anaplan is releasing new features that we use today to improve all of our models. The first one was the introduction of ADO. ADO is the features of Anaplan that allows us to connect to external data sources, retrieve them into Anaplan, clean this data, and push it through all the models automatically.
Thanks to ADO and the native connector to SAP, the strategic finance team will be able to take decisions instantly instead of waiting [until] the end of the month at closing.
Because of the Anaplan engine, we were able to construct models at a very granular level, yet at the same time having the ability to see the business on a very consolidated and global level. I'm Vincent Roch, Anaplan Solution Architect at Qonto, and we plan with Anaplan.
