Anaplan CoPlanner

Anaplan CoPlanner is Anaplan’s conversational AI companion.

Anaplan CoPlanner will be included with eligible versions of eligible applications until May 15, 2026. After this period Anaplan reserves the right to modify the terms of usage.

Clients who opt-in to Anaplan CoPlanner agree to the following terms:

  • Capacity constraint: Client is entitled to a maximum of 3 query activities (Q&A) per minute per user and 15 query activities per minute per customer.
  • If Clients modify the Planning Module(s) included in their Order Schedule, Anaplan CoPlanner may not work.
  • Anaplan CoPlanner is a new feature with several innovations planned. Clients accept that there may be regular changes to Anaplan CoPlanner’s experience and performance
  • Anaplan CoPlanner availability has no bearing on Anaplan’s SLA.
  • AI can make mistakes. When in doubt, verify results with a model or page builder on your team.
  • While Anaplan CoPlanner does work in some other languages, it doesn’t officially support languages other than English. This means that we can’t guarantee the quality of the answers that Anaplan CoPlanner gives to nonEnglish questions or to questions that reference non-English data. Using Anaplan CoPlanner in a language other than English may cause incorrect results, use at your own risk.
  • Anaplan reserves the right to audit and amend the terms for the Anaplan CoPlanner subscription at any time.

Anaplan CoPlanner for Demand Planning:

Anaplan CoPlanner is available to clients on version 2024R1 of Anaplan’s Demand Planning application. These clients may opt-in to the feature.                                                                                          

Anaplan CoPlanner for Integrated Financial Planning (IFP):

Anaplan CoPlanner is available to all IFP application customers, from the original IFP application release in November 2024 to version 1.2 that is due for release at the end of April 2025. These clients may opt-in to the feature.

Exclusions

  • View-only users and third-party users are excluded from accessing and using Anaplan CoPlanner.
  • Anaplan CoPlanner does not reference all data in the application’s model(s). Instead, it references key data points.
  • Anaplan CoPlanner does not reference real-time data. Instead, it references data which is updated on a regular cadence.
