Anaplan debuts new user experience and mobile app for its Connected Planning platform

New Anaplan user experience enables more collaborative planning and decision-making
across the enterprise with intuitive navigation and data visualization

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, June 11, 2019 — Anaplan, Inc. (NYSE: PLAN), a pioneer in Connected Planning, today unveiled an updated platform user experience and a new mobile app for access to relevant business data on the go. Revealed at Anaplan’s premier customer event, Connected Planning Xperience 2019 in San Francisco, Anaplan’s visually engaging and easy-to-use platform transforms enterprise planning with a collaborative, actionable, and accessible digital experience across devices and solutions.

Echo Global Logistics, a leading provider of technology-enabled transportation and supply chain management services, uses the Anaplan platform for enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and planning. The company reduced its budget cycle by approximately 50% year over year, saving more than six weeks of time by leveraging the flexibility and intuitive nature of the platform across the enterprise to build complex business scenarios and engage in real-time analysis.

  • A redesigned home screen that provides a personalized experience so users can build plans and execute quickly, access customized views and multidimensional reports, and increase productivity with faster, direct access to the most important information and applications.
  • A mobile application for iOS and Android that enables decision making on the go, with a highly responsive and secure experience that simplifies the informed decision-making process across devices.
  • Workflow improvements including tasks, notifications, and guided experiences that take users exactly where they need to be for quicker execution and more collaborative planning.
