For about five years now, we have our workforce planning models on Anaplan, and in recent years, we included some strategic workforce planning models onto Anaplan as well.

We managed to lay down the foundations of skill-based workforce planning across all of the divisions in BT Group. With every iteration we managed to improve those foundations and get a better way of planning in a more efficient way.
