Arnaud de la Fournier, Groupe Courir: Groupe Courir is a French sneakers retailer, leader of the French and Belgian market. There’s a lot of competitors in our markets, so we have to increase our international footprint and we have to select the most impactful product.
We are using Anaplan for offering team, purchasing team, and supply chain. So we have two main use cases. First one is focused on offering and purchasing towards our suppliers. Second one is to make our replenishment process at store level more efficient.
Through the implementation of Anaplan, I get a global, end-to-end view to serve more efficiently our customers. We just focus on what makes our business successful.
What I like most about Anaplan is the fact that it is a very rich toolbox with a lot of features. You can choose to do your project from scratch, and you can leverage on the application, as we did, to benefit from best practices. You reduce your time to market, and you commit more efficiently all your business teams. And we create real added value with a quick return on investment.
