In our business, with Anaplan, we have true connected planning, which spans across supply chain, demand planning, supply planning, master data, MPD and innovation, and finance.
Our most important Anaplan use case is for our supply chain. We have a full end-to-end suite of demand planning, starting with promotional planning and base forecasting, leading right through into our supply planning with production and inventory management.
Over the last 10 years, we have seen a significant improvement in our service levels. Our service levels are now consistently at 99.9% availability with the improvements to our planning.
We have seen a considerable improvement in our team development. This is through areas of automation and being able to manage high levels of data within a very small team.
By having a centralized data hub, it means that we’re working off of the same reliable data. Our processes have improved, our time saving has improved, and our efficiency as a business has considerably improved.
