Before we started using Anaplan, we would have hundreds of spreadsheets to put our expense planning numbers into. These people all now use one single Anaplan model, which is our expense planning model, and that's our single source of the truth.
This reduces the risk of error, and also gives us greater confidence in the numbers we're pulling forward for the rest of our planning process.
We bring data into our Anaplan models daily, which allows us to create reports that can go up to our management and they can see how pricing and other factors might affect our customer base. Now [that] we use Anaplan this can be done with the click of a button.
