HUB 2014 Wrap Up

We wrapped up a lively second day of HUB with the #HUB2014 hyper party, featuring a photo booth that a number of Anaplanners took advantage of, to mark the occasion. Despite all the fun attendees had imbibing “Deloittinis” courtesy of Platinum sponsor Deloitte, celebrating our $100 million in funding, and getting to connect with likeminded Anaplanners, we still had a full house for our final day of the conference, which kicked off with a lively panel discussion about the opportunities that arise from our partnership with Salesforce.

Hot on the heels of Tuesday’s big announcement, we kicked off Wednesday’s conference sessions with an all-star panel sharing their experience with the power of integrating Salesforce.com data with Anaplan. Panelists giving their first-hand perspective on how Anaplan can take SFDC data out of corporate silos and use it to drive smarter planning included moderator Dennis Dresser, GM, Americas, Anaplan;  Lindsay Johnson,  Regional Vice President, Enterprise Accounts, Salesforce; Jared Waterman, VP, FP&A, Pandora;  Scott Forrey , Senior Director, Operations and Planning, Akamai; and Merritt Alberti , Managing Director, Deloitte Consulting.

Wednesday’s Conference Highlights

Following the opening panel, the final day of HUB 2014 featured Sales, Operations and Finance break out tracks, that provided an opportunity to take a deeper dive into real-life examples of how hyper growth companies are using Anaplan to drive results.
