Daredevil Nik Wallenda teaches how to plan and walk a tightrope

How many of us have had that one pensive moment at work—where we felt like we were walking on a tightrope without a safety net? Well, here’s one guy who does that for a living. Legendary daredevil Nik Wallenda is famous for his death defying feats and breathtaking stunts, including his record-setting tightrope walks across the Grand Canyon and Niagara Falls.

Walk a tightrope with expert Nik Wallenda

Sounds crazy, right? Yet, he does so with eyes wide open. This man without fear carefully plans for every scenario, sometimes years in the making, backed by the necessary resources and tools needed to get the job done. As a result, Mr. Wallenda has proven to be unstoppable.

Join Nik Wallenda at the Anaplan Hub 2015 Unstoppable Party on May 18, 2015 as he addresses the importance of strategic planning and literally demonstrates that point with your participation. He’s bringing a tightrope wire spanning 15 feet that will be positioned a respectable 18 inches off the floor. You’ll be able test your high-wire skills and experience what it’s like to walk on that tightrope. You’ll also have your photo taken with Nik (printed on site) against a backdrop picture of the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge.

Nik Wallenda is the seventh generation of Great Wallendas who trace their roots back to the Austro-Hungarian empire in 1780. His great grandfather, the legendary Karl Wallenda, brought the Wallendas to America for The Greatest Show on Earth. Today, Nik is known for his high-wire performances without a safety net and holds nine Guinness World Records for various acrobatic feats. He is best known as the first person to walk a tightrope stretched directly over Niagara Falls.

Join Nik Wallenda and learn about the critical planning and preparation that goes into each of his events, and experience what it’s like to walk on a tightrope with Nik as your guide.
