Gerald Auer, CFO, Bayer Crop Science EMEA:  The crop science business faces various challenges. The war situation in Ukraine, which puts a lot of pressure on the food supply of the planet. The climatic change puts a lot of pressure into how we do farming going forward. The regulatory challenges we face, especially in EMEA at the moment, changing the way we conduct business.

I am the most proud of seeing my team making the Anaplan journey at Bayer. Driving it. Getting the best out of the tool.
