Title: Developing a Data Driven Culture and Business Partnership at DCP
Abstract: The challenges of successfully molding an organization to truly become data-driven stretches beyond technology alone. DCP Midstream is embarking on a long-term organizational transformation, to put information and analysis behind every decision, with a vision to become “the most innovative company of the oil and gas industry.” Achieving this requires several changes to happen simultaneously, including creating a single source of the truth, connecting the organizations disparate data sources and models, and changes to decision-making processes that demand timely analysis. Hear DCP’s Finance evolution story, and learn how you can build a data culture and better business partnership at your organization.
