InPost broadens usage of Anaplan’s scenario planning and analysis platform globally to enhance forecasting and improve cost efficiencies

Leading e-commerce logistics provider achieves global expansion of finance solutions across its international markets of UK, Iberia and Italy
MIAMI, FL - Anaplan, the leading scenario planning and analysis platform for enterprise decision-making, announced that e-commerce logistics provider InPost Group has expanded its deployment of Anaplan beyond Poland to improve its financial planning and analysis (FP&A) company-wide. The successful international expansion with Anaplan into the UK, Iberia and Italy marks a significant milestone in InPost's journey toward enhanced business planning and decision-making capabilities.
InPost selected Anaplan’s AI-infused, cloud-native platform to ensure a centralized data source, standardized structure, and improved transparency for financial planning. The segmented P&L view delivered real-time insights to support key decisions, such as performance differences between domestic and cross-border packages or contract versus intercompany deliveries. The comprehensive solution, implemented by Profit& Ltd, also enhanced volume and revenue planning and consolidated group management reporting, reducing the planning cycle from over six weeks to near real-time.
"The implementation of Anaplan at InPost has transformed our financial planning and reporting processes. By automating consolidation, streamlining volume and revenue planning, and enabling real-time insights, we've significantly improved operational efficiency and data accuracy across all markets,” said Marcin Pulchny, CFO Poland, InPost Group. “This allows us to focus on strategic decisions, enhance collaboration, and deliver better value to our customers. Looking ahead, we are committed to further expanding these capabilities to optimize planning, drive innovation, and support our long-term growth and sustainability goals."
Anaplan’s enterprise-grade solutions also optimized Inpost’s reporting by automating processes like market account mapping, consolidation, and currency conversion, resulting in:
- Increased accuracy: Unified data and automation improved reporting and forecasting precision
- Time savings: Reduced manual tasks enabled finance teams to focus on strategic initiatives
- Automation workflows: Reduced manual effort, minimized errors, and improved consistency
- Cross-market collaboration: Real-time data improved alignment across markets
