Hub2014 Speaker Series: McAfee’s Jeff Brobst

Anaplan’s customer conference HUB 2014 is approximately 41 days away, and we have a stellar line-up of speakers spanning Anaplan customers, partners, and industry experts.

Today, we’d like to announce one of our star speakers: Jeff Brobst, Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), McAfee.

On Wednesday, May 13, 2014, Jeff will discuss how McAfee transformed quota management and sales compensation management with Anaplan–Deal Desk: Mobile, Collaborative, Optimized Deals.

Jeff will offer a deep dive on how Anaplan’s Deal Desk applications bring the ability to model deals so that the objectives of customers, sales reps, and companies can be aligned. With automatic routing and validation of deals based on business rules managed by citizen developers, companies can increase sales, protect margins, and ensure deals are configured correctly.

Brobst has more than 20 years of progressive financial management experience in high growth environments. His experience includes planning and integrating more than thirty mergers and acquisitions and dealing with all facets of statutory accounting and reporting including software revenue recognition. Previous roles include Vice President, Finance at Siperian and Vice President, FP&A at Symantec Corporation. Jeff holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
