Hamilton brings over 20 years of sales incentive plan experience in the software and hardware technology industry including six years at Oracle as Director of Global Incentive Compensation. She has held her current role at Juniper Networks for the past two and a half years, and has acted as overall program director for their Anaplan implementation.
