Fares is the Chief Technology Officer at Anaplan. As CTO, he oversees the company’s global technology organization and spearheads the development of future architecture to build upon and expand the value of Anaplan’s platform for customers worldwide. 

Prior to joining Anaplan, Fares was the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Mattel, where he oversaw a global security team responsible for securing the company’s global information assets and network, as well as internal and external products. He has a 20+ year track record of senior technical positions spanning a wide range of industries, technologies, and P&L.
