Dr. Jacob Shama is the General Manager for Planning AI, focused on developing AI-driven capabilities that drive growth through innovation and advanced planning solutions. He joined Anaplan through the acquisition of Mintigo, the leading AI platform for marketing and sales, where he was the CEO and co-founder. 

Jacob is the author of the book “Intelligent Customer Engagement — Powered by AI.” Before Mintigo, Jacob was the GM of the leading data science and research center in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). Jacob holds a Doctor of Sciences in Communication & Information Theory from George Washington University and both master of science and bachelor of science degrees from Tel Aviv University.
