More than simply an FP&A tool, Anaplan’s Connected Planning experience can be used to manage operational workflows. In Slalom’s Maintenance Planning application, we show how granular processes such as scheduling and recording work can be incorporated into Anaplan to provide a unified experience and data model to a wide variety of users, including line managers. Planning can then flow directly from operational data.

This demo model shows maritime vessel maintenance scheduling and workload balancing, but would be adaptable to any capital intensive business.
